Global Public Goods are those goods, which benefits and costs tend to spread across state borders, social groups, and generations. Examples of global public goods include atmosphere, climate, human rights, struggle against infectious diseases, international peace, etc. Emergence of global public goods is one of the most notable results of globalization. This paper examines the history of “globalization” of public goods and suggests their typologies and ways to solve the international collective action problem.
